Put in a Transport Canada complaint form
Finally completed last night the Transport Canada complaint form on the failure of control arms on the height sensors of the air suspension for my 2004 RX 330.
We'll see what TC will say and if it will contact regarding this matter.
Anyone filed anything to TC or NHTSA on their RX?

My 2c:
Reporting issues to Transportation Board [TB] is a good as it helps build failure stats. With a pattern TB can apply leverage to get the manufacturer to issue recalls if it impacts safety. If the problem does not affect the safety or road worthiness, advisory is about it.
If anyone has an issue with the vehicle they own, one should take the issue with the manufacturer directly. Proper way is to start at the dealership [service writer, service manager, dealership owner, Lexus customer service. This will get you quick resolution [may or may not be to your liking].
