what about the spare? would the 19" fit under neath Gen2 RX 350?

It should. Keep in mind that the overall diameter of the wheel is the same whether you have an 18 or 19. The profile on the tire compensates to have the same diameter.

If you deviate on the diameter, you Mileage counter will be flawed as your speedometer.
