Does lexus give the 3 yr 100,000 mile warranty on used 08 and 09 ?

Yes, if it's a CPO.

Get a Lexus CPO, you will never regret it. Dealer CPO is different. Get a LEXUS CPO.

I have a concern about this. My dealership is Longo and they actually beat Jerry's price on the Lexus Platinum warranty BUT I noticed that if I take it to other dealerships besides Longo, there is a $50 deductible. Is the Longo Platinum warranty considered a DEALER warranty instead of the LEXUS Platinum zero deductible warranty where I can take it to ANY Lexus dealerships?

The deductible is a "negotiation" item.

Does not matter where you but it as long as it is the Lexus warranty. Some people can sell them at a better price. If you want the Lexus Platinum Warranty, but it from the best seller. I bought mine from a Toyota dealer. The paperwork came from Lexus.

Warranty claims can be made from any authorized Lexus dealer in the US.
