Dear Fellow Enthusiasts, Where is a good place to order just the very top piece of the antenna for a 2004 RX 330? It's probably been missing for a year or more but I just noticed. Any help or recommendations would be appreciated. By the way, this vehicle does not have navigation so I'm guessing the antenna is just used for improved radio reception...but I have not noticed any difference or I would have looked for the problem earlier. Is there any real point to having the mast it's factory length? I'm removing the roof rack and wondered if cutting the mast down to about an inch would really make any difference.

I remember changing the antenna on my Treo 650 years ago to a shorty to keep it from catching in my pocket. It made no difference in reception at all.

Get the toyota harrier stub antenna as a replacement, it looks much cleaner than the rx one.

While the Lexus part is expensive, IMHO, it is easily obtained.
