Default 04 rx330 headlight TSB info

I would like to get a copy of the TSB re the defective headlights, which might be related to condensation in the headlight. If I can't get the actual TSB does someone have the number of it?

Thank you.

This like takes ya to the a listing of the TSB, but does not say anymore about it. I'm looking for the detail "the content" of the TSB as in how does it read. Anyone have this info they can post?

Search for the DIY on the headlamp condensation, I think I posted the TSB there.

Since it's listed in the TSB and not a "recall" will dealerships repair/replace headlamp at no cost to consumer?

If under warranty... perhaps. Out of warranty... no.

It doesn’t matter if the car has new car warranty or CPO. The dealer is NOT obligated to replace the headlights since they’re only TSB item. If you call Lexus HQ, they’ll offer to pay for the headlights but you’re responsible for the labor.
