Default Issue with Sirius Satellite

I had the SoundLinQ (Model SL2S) and the Sirius Connect SC-C1 Vehicle tuner installed in my 07 RX350 in December. All was great until recently. a few weeks ago, I would not have a signal (or so I thought) and just figured it was a satellite issue as it would be back on the next time I drove the car.

Last week, the problem became more frequent and now happens just about every time I start the car. I turn the key and all the dashboard lights come on and the dial displays ALS, with no sound. Sometimes, I turn the swirch back off and on 5 - 6 times and the Sirius channel is displayed and I have music. Sometimes, it will display the channel and play when the key is turned and the dashbosrd lights come, but "disconnects" when the car starts.

I have no problems with the ignition system and doubt there's a wiring issue since both of the units have wiring harnesses that required no splicing.

My suspicion is a faulty Sirius Connect SC-C1 Tuner. One time when it wouldn't work I saw "Tuner Error" on the display.

Any thoughts/suggestions greatly appreciated.
