Default Ebay TPMS?

Looking to replace (2) of my TPMS due to corrosion. I was curious if the ones being sold on fleabay for $60set are the same as OEM? Do new TPMS have to be programed to the vehicle?? I searched but couldn't find answers....thanks

Without more details on the item you are looking to purchase it would be hard to make a definite determination.

Yes, they would need to be programmed to the vehicle.

Sounds good. Otherwise the dealer will probably charge you a hefty sum for a 0.25 hr work.

I better check my manual, I am buying a set of rims and will have to re-initialize the TPMS.
