Soon after I purchased my 2007 (new), I got a set of mounted Blizzaks from TireRack. I did not buy tire pressure sensors with them. I was told that the dash light would come on when the wheels/tires were put on the car, but it didn't. The light also didn't come on when the same wheels/tires were put on the car in the winters of 2008 and 2009.

I wonder why the light came on this year?

Check your spare tire pressure.

I will, but it'll be one heck of a coincidence that the pressure in the spare went down in the 20 minutes it took to swap the wheels.

Unless .....

.... the guy who did the swap decided to be a smarta$$ and let air out of the spare after I walked out of the bay. I'm gonna be really p|ssed!
