Having this done as we speak, covered under my CPO, while they have it all torn down, going to put the XM kit from VAIS while I am at it. Dropped it off yesterday. They gave me 2010 Lexus RX350 to drive. Still working on it and will pick it up at 5pm today. Will let you know how it goes.

Not for the faint hearted. They want to work late on it and finish up tomorrow morning, not a problem-- I was staying over for their open house. Saw it with the dash in and the bottom half off. Not something to try on your own, unless you are a master mechanic. Trust me the heater core is way in there. I should have taken a photo.
