Seems like failures are way to early for such a modern car. I just replaced the B2S2 on my 96 accord V6 at 214,000 miles and it was just the heater that went out of the sensor but you get the CEL and I needed smog test. The part was $290 plus tax and a loaner deep 02 sensor socket from auto zone 15 min to change.

I had mine replaced in the 30Kish range. It failed right after I had my RX serviced. Check engine light came on just as I turned on to my street some 30 miles away from the dealer 
It was replaced under warranty but I had to make two extra round trips. It happened on my 300 too, also under warranty.
