The pick up and drop off facility is nice, but keep in mind there is a risk in it. Risk is every where but this is what happened to my friend.

My friends family car was Benz, and while going to or returning the car it was totaled. The Benz shop people were nice and polite but at the end my friends insurance company had to pay for the loss.

Granted my friend could have been behind the wheel at the time of accident.

I guess, having the option is great.

It would seem that the MB dealer would have insurance to pay for the car. Chances are that if your friends insurance paid for it his rates would go up for the next several years. I would get an attorney if this was the case, I'm just saying.
