Well too late now, are you enjoying your 2010 RX350?

My 2007 RX350 is in the shop right now for this problem. At first i thought it was due to depressions in the road that were catching the tires, but have now experienced it on brand new roads. it seems worse when I accelerate onto an on ramp with a sweeping right turn.
Navilexus- is this the same situation?
Anyone else have any idea?

Sorry- yes, steering problem v. similar to the first post.
They couldn't reproduce the problem but on the way to the shop it happened again at a roundabout (traffic circle) on a medium radius turn to the right while accelerating from approx 30km/hr

I have experienced this steering problem before, but thought it was just the road. Then today I felt the steering issue again on a roundabout similar to what you mentioned rsw! Geez, you fix one problem and another one rears its ugly head... Great...

Please let us know what you find/found. If I feel it again I'll have to start investigating...

Any updates on this issue?

I have a 2004 and I noticed this problem after replacing my winter tires with the all-season about three weeks ago. I know that I may have rotated the tires the wrong way (driver side went to passenger side and vice-versa) which is what I will try to correct over this weekend.

But I didn't imagine that would create the steering issue. The issue is not all the time which is why it is possible that the dealer could not reproduce the problem. But it is a bit scary when it happens.

Power steering fluid is good and was replaced as part of the normal maintenance. Also, no leaks whatsoever and nothing broken that I saw when installing the all-season tires. Lastly, no noise, no warning lights, etc.

I'll search the complaints database of the US and Canada gov sites.

TIA.

Steering problems started again with the cold weather.

Will be bringing it to dealer again next week hoping that this time, they will be able reproduce the problem. It is pretty much constant now.

One minor issue is that Ottawa is forecasting warmer temps. next week. I may have to wait for the next cold spell.

Anyone else experiencing the issue again?

I did a search in NHTSA just has the pulley and only a few complaints. Transport Canada only has the recall for the crankshaft pulley too.
