Default good deal on 04 RX 330

There's a black 04 RX 330 I looked at the other day. It has 37k miles and is a lease return. It's standard, no nav and is in immaculate condition. I could only find 2 tiny scratches and no dents or dings. The dealer offered it to me for 21.5k out the door. What do you guys think?

great mileage, but overpriced in my opinion for a base model 2004 RX...I would expect a fair price to be around 17,000 w/ limited options and that mileage. So about 18k out the door would be reasonable expecially given today's soft used car market. I think the dealership would likely take 18 out the door for it. Just leave your number with them and tell them to contact you when they are ready to sell it for 18k out the door. I think you'll get a call back.

Paying almost $22K for a 5 year old car that cost only $35K when new, that is insane.

What do you mean by base? Does the car have leather, sunroof, is it AWD or FWD?
Black color is very popular with exporters, so that makes it worth a bit more. If low 20's is within your budget, you should be able to find a loaded '04 RX for the same money, even with slightly higher mileage.
