20's on RX 350.... What fits, pix? (merged threads)
Im about to get some rims for my RX350 and looking at 20's. I was wondering if 20 x8.5 would fit. I notice a lot of 20's I like are that size. If so what would be the correct tire size to go with that to look good.
Also if anyone could send pics of their car on 20's or any aftermarket rims and the tire size and so forth i would greatly appreciate it.
I was looking at the Axis VIP 20's if anyone was curious

20X8.5 will fit no problem. I ran 20X8.5 +20 offset all around with Eibach springs. The front rim with these offsets were perfectly flush with the fender lip up front, but with the tire side wall bulge the tire itself stuck out about 3-4mm. Barely noticeable. The rear rim with these offsets sat just inside the fender lip, and even with the tire bulge at most it was perfectly flush. but maybe still a mm or two inset. Still, I'd suggest anywhere between +20 and +25 offset for an 8.5 if you want that flush fender look.

It is hard to use me as a gauge though since I'm one that likes slightly stiffer suspensions and like to feel the road more, thus the reason why I mod my cars. What is acceptable to me, might not be acceptable to someone who bought a Lexus for that ultra cushy ride. Still though, the RX330 in that state was much more cushy a ride than my stock BMW with sports suspension. That might give you an idea.
