Default Is there a mute button on the steering wheel?

I would like to know if there is a mute button on the steering wheel,say if I want to have a conversation with a passenger for moment.

I don't think there is one. I do like the audio control on my other Toyota Sienna which is easier to use (also has Mute button on the steering wheel) than my RX 350.

I always wondered why Lexus never put one in, or at least, never told us about it if there was one...

A quick twirl of the volume **** should fix that haha

Yes, there is a great big one on the left side of the audio stack - a quick tap with the knuckles and the audio goes away until you tap it again. Works for me!

You do not want to fiddle with buttons on the radio console while driving in rain/snow/heavy traffic

Actually there is one: Press and hold the mode button on the steering wheel and the audio mutes, press the mode button again and the audio starts where you left it.

If you would like to change from CD1 to CD2 press and hold the: "V" down button right below the volume button on the steering wheel

Bluetooth commands:
Audio On -->Turns audio on
Audio Off-->Turns audio off

Changer operation Help operation Commands
Disc Up--> Previous Disc
Next Disc--> Changes to next disc.
Disc Down-->Changes to previous disc.
Track Up--> Plays next track.
Track Down--> Plays current track.
Previous Track-->Plays previous track.
CD Changer --> Changes to CD Changer mode.
CD Changer 1 --> Changes to CD Changer 1 mode.

Radio--> Changes to Radio mode.
Seek Up-->Seek Down
Seeks Up--> Seeks Down
AM --> Changes to AM mode.
FM --> Changes to FM mode.
FM 1--> Changes to FM 1 mode.
FM 2 --> Changes to FM 2 mode.
