Default Xm Radio Problems

I have a 2007 RX350. With the but in XM radio unit. In the past week. Twice I have had no audio from the XM radio. Everything else work fine. The channels are displayed. But nothing on the regular channels or on the preview channel. The last time it happened. I pulled over and turned off the car. Started it back up. And the XM started working. Anyone else have this kind of problem?

I've had a couple of instances where, after losing the signal, the audio didn't come back when the signal did; changing the channel (to another XM channel) and then back fixed it. I had this problem on the aftermarket Pioneer XM tuner in my RX300 a few times, too.

Default XM Problems

I tried changing channels. Switching from DVD to AM and FM. No luck. I did realize that the only time it does happen is when I use a parking garage. The signal will fade out while trying to find a parking spot. Then when I leave the garage the channel shows up on the display. But no audio.

I experienced the same thing yesterday ... XM display was working properly (ie. sames of artists and songs kept on changing), however, no sound at all ... I tried changing XM stations and also changing from FM/AM to XM ... with no luck. When I got back into my 07 RX later on in the day, it was fine. I wonder if it is a loose connection? Or just an issue with the XM receiver?

I've had the same problem from time-to-time, albeit rarely. Last time was on a road trip from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas. All the satellite channels turned to static about half-way down the state of Utah, but titles were displaying on the NAV screen. It somehow came back on when I left St. George, UT...I think it was after I filled up w/ gas. I was thinking it was the XM service somehow going down...but after reading about you folks having the same problem, I wonder if there is something wrong w/ this receiver?

Default XM Problems

I had a Roady in my RX300. And a couple of times the XM went out. Its not like my new RX. On the Roady. The display would just show " loading " . The first time it happend I called XM and the did a refresh. The second time I did the refresh online. On my RX350 Everything works fine. But no XM audio.
