Toyota can perform routine maintenance on your Lexus but will refuse to perform warranty work. That must be done by a Lexus dealership. They are usually about 30-40 % less expensive compared to the Lexus dealerships for routine maintenance work.

Cool, thanks. I'm planning on asking them to do my 15000 service. Last time I called them, they gave me a hard time about bringing my car to them and not Lexus. I was a little annoyed with that.

Next time I will call corporate. One more question... when I take my RX350 to Toyota, do I bring a checklist or something or do I just tell them I want Lexus' 15,000 mile service? Or should I just ask for an oil change? I just want to make sure I document the proper service so I don't void my warranty.

Wow! - old thread.
The recent change in the oil recommendation for the RX-350 to 0W-20 will significantly increase the cost of the oil change.
Past: Conventional (mineral oil based) 5W-30 = inexpensive
Now: Synthetic 0W-20 = expensive
Please post your 0W-20 oil change experience here.

Either way the tires Lexus uses are so bad you are going to have to replace them at least once. The OEM size on my RX330 was really expensive, so I got slightly larger tires as a replacement, didn't get charged.
You need to change the oil, oil filter and air intake filter is the main thing. Transmission fluid I am not sure what the schedule is, most cars are going to "lifetime" fluid (not a good idea.. but it's a lease, it won't be your problem at 100k miles when it fails) same thing for coolant flush. Brake fluid you absolutely must change every 1-2 years, I doubt you want to have brake issues. Brake pads, if they wear out (there should be a light on the dash that alerts you DO NOT change before the light turns on)
IMO if you don't drive too much (say 10-15k miles/year) on a 3 year lease I'd do the coolant flush and brake fluid half-way through your lease.

Since I can only attach (1) file at a time, I will post the 2010 Toyota Camry oil spec in a separate post.
