Default Is it true that you cannot dial a phone number while driving?

I read this in a review. What good is the hands free system if you can't call someone while driving?

You can dial by voice or use speed dial.

Or just open your phone and use the speed dial on it.

Or dial the numbers on your phone. The BT system will pick up the call on most phones.
