$21,000 out the door after all the fees ect...won't come down any lower. What do you all think?

Not bad. Nothing beats research and history. Have you checked?

82k miles it had transaxle assembly replaced and radiator assembly replaced. All other history was normal maint. Should this worry me?

The radiators are a known issue although '07 is a bit late for that problem. Sounds like the previous owner took care of it and they really are great cars. The only other issue might be the cold engine noise, kind of a rattling that seems to bother some people but Lexus says it's no problem. Tell the dealer you want to do cold start to listen to the engine. Be sure to touch the motor to make sure they didn't "warm it up" for you.

The price sounds OK, here are a bunch of comparables (are you anywhere near that one with 40k??).

The price is about right. It has the Lexus "Premium Plus Package" w/generation 5 Navigation and bluetooth. Check to see if it includes the "Lexus Cargo Mat" that was an extra at $92 when new. You might also ask if they would throw it the latest update the Navigation DVD for free.

Seems about right for the mileage and options, and coming from the dealer is also nice. Theres a reason what you think is a really nice lexus as such a low price at a small dealership compared to a similair one with a much higher price from a lexus dealer
