Rattle noise with RX330/RX350.
I just want to create this thread so we can share the information, do you hear the noise and what did they do to fix it. Here is mine:
RX350 with 900 miles, rattle noise from left side, I can't determine exactly where, but I am sure it's somewhere on the left window side.
Lexus replaced "insulation kit" once, but the noise is still there, just a little bit less than before. I will be taking it back, but I understand this is not an easy fix, unless there are more people having this same problem.
Google search comes up with quite a few matches:
http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...0+rattle+noise
TSB NV005-006:
upper/lower windshield tick noise
TSB NV002-006
Instrument panel rattle
TSB001-06
Front seat squeak noise

My brother, my sister both have RX330's and there is no rattle noise at all. Their cars were made in Japan and mine is Canadian made. My daughter $18,000 Honda Accord doesn't have any nosie either .
I am taking the car back next Wed and I told them they can have my car as long as they want.
May be I can get a replacement per lemon law (???)

Just had a repair - noise not as bad
I just had my new RX350 in last week for the front seat noise. It went away for a day, now its back, though not as bad. Now it sounds like something plastic getting ready to snap off each time I hit a bump, speed up, or slow down.
I also had a rattle in the back, was the plastic trim on the rear hatch, was loose on one side. They fixed that and it's now silent like it should be.
