Default Lease Questions

I currently have a 03' ES300 lease that will expire in April of next year and is currently thinking about leasing the ES350 or the RX350. My question is does anyone know what the base rates for following on the RX350 are?

Invoice of car (Is it $34,338?)
Money Factor
Bank Fee (aquisition fee)
Return fee?
Any training fees?
MACO fees?
residuals for 3 and 4 year lease?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

Invoice of car (Is it $34,338?) DEPENDS ON WHAT OPTIONS YOU WANT
EXAMPLE: NAV VEHICLE: MSRP$44,126 INVOICE $39,365
Money Factor .00175 EXPIRES ON 10/1/06
Bank Fee (aquisition fee) $600
Return fee? I THINK IT'S $250
Any training fees? NEVER HEARD OF THAT
MACO fees? if you asking about advertising fees, then yes, it's already included in the invoice
residuals for 3 and 4 year lease? 36 MO LEASE 55%, 48 MO LEASE 46%

Hope this helps - loaded up my 2007 RX350 (chrome wheels, AWD, NAVV, upgraded stereo, rear DVD, tow prep, tow hitch, rear floor matt, clear & cloth matts for 1st and second, 2 sets of cordless headphones) - has everthing except the Laser Cruise Control & Air Suspension. Out the door was around $5100. Did a 36 month lease, 45k miles total - monthly came to $600 on the dot with all Taxes and fees. I'm very happy with the deal - it's half the price of my other lease and over $100 less then the Infiniti FX35 AWD with less options. Got mine from Lexus Westminster in Orange County California - BEST buying experience I've ever had, and I've leased/purchased a LOT of vehicles.
