Second new RX 350 Black over Gray. Junkxus rides again version 2.0.
You must love the RX to have purchased a second one! I would have waited for the 2010 model. Please let us know if the quality of the new RX is better the same or worse (my guess) of your older one. I like the mica color and wheels.

Lexus Champion
Hi everyone!
Newbie here. Finally thought that we'd post. We have an '05 flint mica RX330 with the premium package. Only add ons were the chrome tube steps and 3M protective tape. It's been a fantastic vehicle, ultra reliable with the legendary great Lexus service
Waiting on delivery of our new IS F in late July...then we'll see what they come out with for the RX replacement in the spring

Hubby and I finally got around to test drive the RX350, and decided to buy the Pebble Beach ed. in Truffle Mica yesterday! We were given a build date of July 21 with a delivery time sometime in August. Could have driven away with the Silver or Black but couldn't resist the exclusive color. Add-ons include mats, cargo liner, block heater, mud flaps, and the paint/leather/3M protection package--pretty utalitarian stuff. We are total ludites when it comes to Nav so hopefully the learning curve won't be too steep.
Current wheels:
'00 BMW 540i (will use as trade in)
'03 BMW X5 3.0i
Plan to be BMW-free by Spring '09!

New 2009 Pebble Beach RX
In late April, I traded in my 2006 Breakwater Blue RX330 ( 30,000 miles or 50,000 Kilometres), 18" wheels, Deluxe package, power door, etc without nav or rear seat Entertainment for a new 2009 RX350 Pebble Beach edition (Truffle Mica) complete with Navigation, satellite radio, etc. I have 5,000 miles on it now and the average gas mileage is already higher than my RX330. Love the color changes of the Truffle Mica in the sunlight. Looks charcoal, green, chocolate, light brown or burgandy depending on ambient light conditions, I especially like the dark coffee expresso color. The handling, ride and extra power are superior to my previous RX330, but the ride and handling could be a result of the new Bridgestone Alenza's instead of the Michelin Energy on the previous vehicle. Hey IT Man,
Thanks for posting the pictures. Except for a small color sample of the Truffle Mica, we pretty much ordered our RX350 Pebble Beach sight unseen. Your pictures confirm what a chameleon color the Truffle Mica really is! Love it!
Looking forward to delivery day!

Relatively new to the board, but happy to report that we traded our 2002 RX300 for a 2009 RX350 three weeks ago. We had Nav in the old one so, of course, we had to have it in the new one. The new RX350, besides having 124000 fewer miles, is much nicer with its additional horsepower, bluetooth capability, auto rear door, etc. Color is Crystal White.
Our other car is a 1999 GS 300. I think we'll have that for a while longer. It only has 115000 miles, so it's just a youngster

Hey yo, again!
I just registered on this site, pretty cool. Anyway, my name is dave, as you can tell by my s/n i also have a 99 sc300. My mom bought a rx330 back in may of 04, but when i got my license a couple yrs ago, she bought a new car and gave me the rx. Now that i'm in my freshman yr of college, i took the sc up here with me, and left the 330 at home. Its bamboo pearl w/ grey leather interior and has the premium plus package (i think thats what its called?). I seem to have lost my pics, so when i remember to take pics of it, i'll put them on here lol.

About a month ago purchased the 09 RX350 Pebble Beach edition. Truffle Mica in color. Love it. As par of the package I got 3 new wedges and a dozen personalized golf ball from Calloway along with a new Odyssee Putter.

Picked up my 2008 RX 350 about a month ago. I'm Canadian and picked it up in the States..thankfully the conversion rate was a little closer to par about a month ago !
love it so far..although I've got a bit of a rattle when I'm over 60 MPH. Apparently this is common..and can be fixed.
