I thought that the RSES is a fold-down screen in the RX, but it looks quite different in the UK version, picture:

Maybe it will be mounted in the headrest in the US from now on? Either way, I like it better in the headrest myself. That is where I have my two Alpine M770 touch screen monitors mounted. For me, I like it there since either passanger can watch their own thing independently, and it is also easiy to cover by either throwing a jacket over it, or later I'm having some headrest covers made.
