I'd have to say "no". Even the diagnostic screen for the GPS system only shows latitude and longitude. (This thread tells you how to get to that diagnostic screen: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=161057)

The GPS system is techincally capable of it - it will use 3 satellites to compute position, which would give it the altitude. But I've never seen it displayed anywhere.

I think it uses the beyond 2 satellites for redundancy not for elevation.

You need at least 3 satellites to make a two-dimensional fix on a location. (Even 3 isn't exact, but usually, you can discount the other mathematically-possible locations as physically impossible.) A fourth will give you an exact three-dimensional location. A fifth, if available, is used to verify the timing accuracy of the other 4. Beyond 5, it will pick those 5 with the best signal.

The status display I mentioned in the other post will show you if the car thinks it has a 2D fix, a 3D fix,and how many satellites are in use.
