Minimal impact if any. If you think about it, other factors such as thread height impact more. New tread is at 10/32" or 11/32 ", legal minimum 2/32".

Again I know tradeoffs and set my tire pressure accordingly. The tread started with the question "what everyone else uses", he did not ask for what Lexus recommends. Again, Lexus' recomendation are tradeoff for an average driver that does not exists and for an OEM tire that I am not replacing with. At the end of the day, you can set whatever pressure you wants.
