2005 RX330 two-level heated front seats?
I am wondering why they are call two-level heated front seats, when the heating is controlled by a dial that seems to have many different levels. Other Lexus's I have driven or even other brands have low and high. Does anyone else find that weird?

Happy Seat!
I suspect the reference is to the fact that both the RX seat bottom and back is heated. Some cars heat only one or the other.
Some Gen 1RX - 300's - (2000) had a seat heater with a thermostat that had a fixed setting - usually high. About the time you were developing grill marks on your nether region, the 'stat would turn off, cooling down to near arctic levels before swinging through the sequence again. The option was to turn the seat heater off altogether. The 2RX has a functional and adjustable thermostat.
