First time poster. Fell in love originally with a 2004 RX330 but we needed more room with a fairly good 3rd Row but when closed, provided much ample room. The answer was the m word. I didn't want to give up the luxury so I naturally just moved over a Sienna XLE Limited. Love it but I want a personal car along with the Sienna that I can use when the whole family is not around so within this or next year I will try to get a RX.
Regarding this. The tire pressure monitor uses (atleast I think) ABS sensors to sense the amount of rolling a tire does. That info is compared to the other tires spinning. A tire that is losing air spins more compared to a fully inflated so that's when the little red light comes on.
That's why it is recommended to, when resetting, to have all the tires at the same, recommended pressure so it can detect when tires are below optimal.
