Default Best location for XM Radio unit in RX 330

Where do you think would be the best place to put the XM Radio unit on the RX330? I was thinking of the area where you put your sunglasses in. What do people think of this area? Would it be easy to get electricity for the head unit in this area? Would it require a re-molding of the plastic around this area so that the XM commander would fit nicely? Comments please!!! I really want XM Radio for my '04 RX330 and am tired of people telling me that it's impossible.

Thanks!
Sonny

I have a Roady in my RX. I put a couple of rubber bumpers on the top back, and some velcro tape along the bottom edge. It's powered from the power adapter/fm transmitter plugged into the cigy plug in the floor. You can see pictures of the antenna placement and power plug in this thread.

I was thinking of having the XM commander integrated into the top plastic area which now houses the sunglass holder. Electricity would be be directly wired into the car. What do people think?

Someone did that with a Pioneer unit, as described on xmfan.com.
