Question Volume issue with rear entertainment system?

I have an 04 RX 330 with Nav and rear entertainment system. I think the entertainment syste is a great option, but every time we use it, we have to up the volume to at least 20 to hear anything. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it a problem or is it how it's suppose to be?

Thanks.

I posted about this very same thing a while back, a search will show you.

If you switch from DVD to CD or radio without turning the volume down you'll loose some hearing!!

Same thing with our RX330 as well (NAV/RSES)... we asked our dealership to check it last summer at our 1000mi service, and all was OK. We need to be mindful not to blow our ears out when switching back to another source (CD) after playing a DVD on the RSES...
