Try not to make any sudden stops. Vary your speed, gradually accelerating and deaccelerating, but try to keep the revs below 4000 rpm's. Do not use the cruise control for the first 1000 miles or so.

Check out the C-Best options in the FAQ at the top of this forum (note - not all options listed are for RX330). I was surprised to learn (never having had a Lexus before) that there are certain functions that are programmable, such as how the power locks behave, etc. Specifically, I had them change the way the unlock button on the key transponder unlocks the doors (default is one click for driver's door, then another click for remaining 3 doors - I had mine changed to a single click for all doors).
