RX330 tire rotation question?
Hi,
My RX330 has 10k miles and I've just changed my oil and rotated the tires this weekend, but the manual picture of the tire ratation procedure is difference than I expect it would be. I always ratated my truck(Toyota Pickup) like the picture in its manual which look like the attached picture. Can I rotated my RX330 like that? And I don't want to use my spare tire. Please advice! I would be very appricated it.
Thanks,
Steve
P.S. How come I attached the picture file and it does not appear? I followed the attachment instruction of this forum on how to attach picture. My picture is a JPG file and it's 9k bytes. Please help?
Since the picture doesn't appear this is how the picure shows.
Front LEFT side tire to rear RIGHT side.
Front RIGHT side tire to rear LEFT side.
Rear LEFT side tire to front LEFT side
Rear RIGHT side tire to front RIGHT side.

With my 99 RX300 AWD, I rotate the front tires straight to the back, then the rear tires are crossed over to the front. I never use the spare (and wonder why anyone does). I do it about every 6,000 miles. Never felt a problem in doing this and the manual said this. However, the tire distributor here said not to do that, even if the book said otherwise. I think I will listen to the book.
