Default 2003 rx300 vacuum line

I had the 150k maintenance done on my rx300 about two weeks ago. A couple of days after the maintenance the CSV, Trac and check engine lights came on. I thought it may be a gas cap issue but after changing it out the lights returned. Looking at my vacuum lines I see one under the air filter that nothing is plugged into. The end of the tube is clean and shiny so I am sure it either had a plug on it or a hose connected to it. It is just below the power steering pump but I see no hoses that are not in use and no other open vacuum tubes. Does anyone have any idea what should be plugged into this tube?

Thank you

Just looked on my 2003. Your terminology is incorrect; the white plastic tank on the right side of your picture is the brake fluid reservoir. The hose that you see clamped to the solenoid at the top of your picture should connect to the tube you are describing. I bet that if you wiggle that hose you will find that the other end is disconnected.

That was it, thank you. The hose was just up at an angle inside and looked like it was connected to something.
