Default How frequent does the PCV need to be replaced?

Hi gang

I have a pretty low mileage RX (45K) and I was wondering
how often are the RX 300 experts here changing the PCV out.

I know about the rear value cover issues and I have the old
plastic PCV in my 300.

Should the PCV be changed every 30K or 15 ? to avoid it from being
clogged ? I am using Synethic Mobil 1 5-30W and changing my oil every 5K

They're so cheap now a days (the plastic ones that is), that I change it every other oil change. Extra $3-4 is worth it to me. The RX I gave to my grandparents with 115k miles hasn't burned a drop of oil and that's what I've done since 50k miles when we got it. When I had it, it was primarily a city driver, now they've transitioned it to highway driving and still not a drop being burned.

Worth it to prevent premature oil leaks, rough idle and engine sludge.
