Default why is this hose leaking?

the small hose that points downwards started dripping something today and i'm not sure what it's for (though it looks like something is supposed to come out of it). it looks like water and the leak is pretty bad.
Right in the middle of the picture close to the oxygen sensor underneath passenger side of vehicle.

Coolant is pink

Just looks like an AC drain or sunroof drain (probably AC).

When it's hot and the car is running while parked I have a whole puddle of water underneath, the water is just pouring. I still can't get used to it. I touch it, rub it and smell it to make sure that it's AC condensation.
