I bought an RX300 (year 2000) last friday. but I only have one master key. I want to get another master key. Lexus dealership quoted me $180 for the key and $48 for programming. I also saw an uncut master key sold on ebay for $139 along with programming instructions. Can someone give me any suggestions.

Don.t know about master key. Picking-up new RX 330 today...asked about Valet and Wallet keys...$150 for each, and the wallet key won't start the car (the one included with the car will). Will skip these, thanks.

This “one key” pre owned RX 300 syndrome seem very widespread. When I bought my RX, it too was delivered with one key.

There is much better pricing available. (try the 2nd link in my post in the link above to research prices) Look through the posts on these threads or use the search function in this forum – it works great.
