ABS, rear axle, and no speedometer

Update...
I finally found a used 99 rear axle with a tone ring that was not broken. My mechanic was able to remove the old driver side rear axle, and installed the used axle with non-broken ring. ABS light is gone now.
What he did not do was attempt to install a new ABS ring set onto an existing axle.
