Introducing Myself...
Hi, y'all.
I'm Ben & have creeped this forum for several weeks regarding engine light codes & fixes for my 2000 RX300 with 175,000 miles. I'm mechanical just enough to be really dangerous. The running joke with one of my older brothers that is a recently retired Tech Crew Chief for AA & can fix anything mechanical is, "Anything he can fix, I can break!" He never seems to find this as funny as I do. Probably has something to do with there always being some truth to every joke.
That said, I'm really impressed with the tone & patience that the more experienced members extend to beginners & inexperienced people, such as myself on this forum...and the pictures? Holy Crap! Y'all are in my wheel house! Thank you, thank you!!!
I'm doing my best to exhaust the search feature & not ask/post redundant questions, but if I do, bear with me until I get my Lexus Legs under me a bit. I'm fix'n to delve into the beloved Knock Sensors replacement, so I'll be ECU'n y'all on the forums soon. That's a friendly warning, not a threat; I promise.
Thank you for this awesome site & allowing me to join.

Welcome to Club Lexus.
Best way to search is to use the search drop down then drop down to advanced search, then enter key word. Narrow the scope by the search Forum ... one the right side.
Please read the sticky threads and the owner's manual.
And we will wait for picture of your RX.
