Spark Plug Replacement - Opinions?

The plugs can definitely go the distance, be it 110k miles or more.
My concern would be if you wanted to replace the plugs when the car is for instance 28 years old, I would be worried about them not coming out of the aluminum head. Aside from that, I don't see a reason to replace them now.

Ouch. A 95 year old man got "confused" and t-boned my wife's 99 RX while it was legally parked. It was a meticulously maintained, mint condition cream puff totalled by State Farm. Body shop estimates car was going 40-45 mph. Wife and her friend were just leaving nearby restaurant and escaped serious injury or death by a few moments.

I second the motion. And if you have, or will be treating the RX to synthetic oil, not even bother to do the TB. Replace it only if it ever goes. Other things are more likely.
