Default My RX300 engine swap
I'm about half way through my project RX300 engine swap. It is a 2002 AWD with 209K miles. It has very little body rust so I jumped on it . I would like to contribute my pictures and observations to the Club Lexus site to help other enthusiasts with future projects.
When I picked it up the engine was knocking very bad. I knew I was in for an engine swap...
I have a nice shop set up and have been wrenching for a few years now. Enjoy...

Default shifter cable
Use heat from torch not PB blaster to ease the pain!

In the rust belt, My RX300 engine swap-img_20160303_220138139.jpgThe Best solution for rusted or stuck fasteners is HEAT! Works better than any spray fluid.. period.
