i didn't tint my '01 RX300, but i tinted both a '98 GS400 and '01 GS430 at Alvin O's in Kearny Mesa.
(858) 874-8468. this is the same company that is outsourced for tint jobs by Lexus Kearny Mesa. i don't know if you are looking to tint with that same greenish-blue reflective tint or black tint. i don't think they do the green-blue, but they might have a referral. alvin is super nice and stands behind all their work and film products (lifetime guarantee from fading, peeling, etc.). he even switched 6 window films for me, free on charge, in 1998 when i decided that they were just too dark for me!
i might be going back there to get a matching black tint for my RX330. also will be considering the tint devil off off miramar road.
