Default Radiator

Hey there guys, I had a quick question.

Are all RX300 radiators the same or do they differentiate at all?
Does anyone have a write up on the replacement of one?

Thanks, Tom

page co-19 of the factory service manual. Google : co-19 lexus rx300 pdf for the cooling section.

I would suspect all the replacement radiators be the same but double check the orientation of the A/T oil cooler nipples on the bottom. If they differ than your stock, your stock lines may or may not be long enough to reconnect.

There are 2 versions. One is thicker than the other 16mm vs 27mm. I have seen them designated as "extra cooling" or "tow package" and "standard cooling"

good point carguy. the tow package spec radiator should be wider to accommodate a larger internal A/T oil cooler.
