Default Transmission or Brake Booster

I'm going to try and keep it short. I have a Lexus RX300 that will go into gear but won't move forward or backward. It sounds bogged down when I rev the engine. It won't even move in neutral and I'm not a pansy I had a car that I had to push start every now and then by myself lol. I jacked the car up and was able to turn the front tires by hand with the engine off but when started it (still jacked up I know dangerous) I couldn't turn the wheels anymore. So that brings me to my question bad transmission or bad brake booster or other brake part? Thanks for any help y'all may give.

Trans. A booster would give you a hard pedal aka no power assist.
