Default Removing rear brake rotor problem

Trying to get off rear brake rotors on 2003 rx300 but I think the E brake is keeping it from coming off. Any advice?

You can adjust the shoes in through the hole with the rubber plug in it, Are they loose and moving around but just hung up on the shoes? If not they may just be stuck to the hub.

If I recall it right, turn the drum (neutral and e-brake released ,,, make sure the other wheels are on ground and chocked) till the round hole is at 6 O'clock position. Put the vehicle in part. Use a flat screw driver to move the cog (star nut) to lower the shoes.

The holes on the rotor are slightly larger than the studs. Try spinning the drum. If you can spin the drum then you have successfully broken the bond and you should be able to remove the drum.

Are you using at least one (works faster with two) bolts in the machined holes to push/pull it off?
