Default 2000 rx 300 with no heater controls or power windows

So my internal resisotor in my cigarette lgihter in my 2000 rx300 went and I have a 2002 that the motor went on so I decided to just swap front face plates stupid me hooked it all up and didnt swap heater seat switches which are different in the 02 they have hi low setting but anyways, I herd a pop like fuse from the dash i check all the fuses no are bad but I dont have any controls displaying on the dash for heater controls or anything like that and i can here it move the vent from deferost to feet so the buttons work but no display or blower blowing and i also have no power windows, i was wondering if it is my body control module if so do you think I can just swap my 02 and 00 body control module?

Looks like you want to check the seat heater fuse and the engine main relay first (both in the same area), then maybe the seat heater relay by the glove box.

try the dome fuse in the engine bay. i've blown it before while changing the dome lights to LED and it would take out the screen as well.

just advice get a test light and check all fuses in all the fuse blocks. sounds like u may of blown a main fuse like a 40 amp or 20 amp. One of those if everything went out. main fuses are in the engine bay. also u may blown more than one fuse.
