The rear seat fore-aft adjust mechanism on my 1999 RX300 isn't working. The release bar moves up as it should but the seat refuses to move forward or backwards. I can't find a sufficiently detailed exploded diagram of the mechanism. Wht I ave found shows the bar and the two side slides but nothing about how the bar connects to or releases the slide mechanism. Anybody had a similar problem and a potential solution?

Thanks Garguy, saved! This similar to what I had. Unfortunately, no indication as to how how the slide handle connects and works. And I can't get the seat forward, to get to the rear seat mount screw, to take the seat out, to see why it's not working!
