They look in pretty good shape for 90K mile plugs. I believe they are NGK iridium plugs made for Denso. I am not sure if that is original equipment or not but that is the exact plug that I use in everything that I can.

IMO you won't see any performance gain by replacing those plugs with new but unless you want to pull them and check them ever few thousand miles at this point, I would replace them.

I do not believe that an abrasive spark plug cleaner can or should be used with either platinum or iridium tip plugs so I would not try to clean them.

Plugs should be replaced at 110k miles with and stick to OEM or do your research.

If you are not getting any misfires ... your call if you want to wait out another year or not.

You can clean them but dont try to gap them .. they will break.

They look pretty crappy; the tips a bit worn out and there are some evidence of high temp aging (on the ceramic bodies).
I would change them now! Your car will feel smooth idling and a bit more responsive when accelerate. I just changed them on my IS350 with 105,000 miles and definitely noticed the improvements.
Stick with Denso OEM.

For me the answer is obvious. If I went through the trouble of removing the plugs, especially the rear ones. there is no way in hell I would stick them back in there. And to be honest, I don't think those plugs all look that good but I suppose you could just clean them if you really wanted to same a few bucks. Mine looked a lot cleaner after 103000 miles and I still replaced them for good measure. I seriously doubt if this would cure or even have any noticeable effect on your poor gas mileage though.

Replace them, I've seen plugs like that before in Mexico when my Uncle and I would replace them and they won't do any more good.

Put in new plugs, I think they cost like $10 maximum per plug in the U.S. and you only change them every 160K KM, so it is a small price to pay.

Lexmex,
once you said (if i m not wrong) to change the transmission ATF that will probable improve MPH
i m right that you said that ?
except to change the thermostat I did all and my mpg still 13.5 ( all light off and no code in scanner)
maybe the gas in brasil is below 70 octanes with some water blended.
