Can anyone identify this part?
I found this today in my driveway...pretty sure it's off my RX300...anyone have any ideas where this part belongs or what it is?

I vaguely remember another thread that had a picture of something similar to this, and I don't remember exactly what it was for (something to do with balancing the weight) but one thing I do remember is that it was useless. < *this may have nothing to do with what's pictured here*

Safely, yes, but it is not a useless part.
It is a harmonic damper in the exhaust system to subside harmonics.
