I have a broken one that needs to be replaced too. I have changed the bulb in one of the front side markers before and here is what I did..... It will easier to remove the front wheel to have access. Then start removing the plastic inner wheel housing to gain access to the inside of the bumper. Once you can see the back of the side marker from the inside, it is held on with a single bolt and washer. Once off, it will slide out on the outside of the bumper. I would go ahead and put a new bulb in it while you're at it. Put it back together and you are done. It's not that hard. Just removing the bolts and stuff. If you don't want to remove the wheel, just turn the wheel out of the way and you may have room to see what you're doing.
