Clicking sound around fuse box = ECU reboot ?
Today I returned to my car to find the battery was dead (well, 99.5% dead). In addition to the dead battery, there was a clicking sound coming from the region of the fuse box under the hood. The clicking occurred regularly, about two clicks per second. The AAA guy who gave me a jump said the sound was just the ECU trying to re-boot and not to be concerned. Is that true?
For the record, the information on my console had been reset (e.g., the miles-per-gallon information was reset to 0.0 mpg and the time reset to 1:00) following this episode.

+1, it's just the relays.
Like I suggested in the other thread, get the battery tested. It is possible it was run down by the alarm, but better be safe than sorry.
