Hi yall, My 99RX300 power steering belt tends to squeal at start for a minute and then the noise goes away. The fluid level is up so what is the best way to get at and adjust/replace the belt ? (Judging by the pump location I'd say crawling underneeth from the passenger side)

Power steering pump has the pivot. If you crawl under the passenger side there is a plastic piece in the wheel well that can be dropped .. and if you take the wheel off you can see everything clearly.

I would suggest that you get tool that pushes between the two pulleys and I had a hard time finding a place to create tension on the belt.
